We aim to install within 1–2 weeks of confirming your order. For urgent requirements, we can often fast-track this.

Do I need a water supply for a coffee machine?
Most bean-to-cup and plumbed-in machines require a mains water feed. If you don't have one, we have alternatives that work with refillable water tanks.

What happens if a machine breaks down?

Can I choose my own products to stock?
Yes — our self-fill option lets you choose exactly what goes in the machine. We provide the machine and technical support.
