We only collect information you actively give us, plus a minimal amount of technical data needed to keep the site running.
From our contact form
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your company name and location (if provided)
- The message you write to us, and any context from the configurator
Technical data
- Anonymised page-view statistics via Vercel Web Analytics — these are cookieless and contain no personal identifiers
- Server log data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes only
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, social-media trackers, or any third-party marketing scripts.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your quote enquiry or service request
- Send you the information you specifically asked about (e.g. machine specs, finance options)
- Maintain a record of customer correspondence for service-quality reasons
- Fulfil our contractual obligations once you become a customer

- Vercel (vercel.com) — hosts this website and provides cookieless usage analytics
- Xero (xero.com) — our accounting software, used when you become a billable customer
We do not transfer your data outside the UK or EEA without appropriate safeguards being in place (e.g. UK Adequacy Regulations or Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. How long we keep your data
- Enquiry data (form submissions where you don't become a customer): 12 months, then deleted
- Customer data: kept for the lifetime of the relationship plus 6 years afterwards to meet UK tax-record-keeping requirements
- Server logs: 30 days, then automatically purged
