1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the LC Vending Solutions website (lcvending-solutions.co.uk) and to any quote, proposal or service contract issued under our trading name. By submitting an enquiry or instructing us to supply services, you agree to these terms.
These website terms do not form a contract for the supply of vending services — that lives in a separate written agreement we will send you before any installation. If anything in a signed service agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement wins.

3. Quotes and proposals
Any quote we provide is valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise in writing. Quotes are based on the information you give us about your site, machine requirements and usage volumes. If those change materially, we may need to issue a revised quote.
Acceptance of a quote constitutes an offer by you. The contract forms when we issue written confirmation of order acceptance, including the agreed service start date.
4. Services we provide
We supply, install and maintain vending machines and associated services across Essex and the South-East. Our service offerings include:
- Managed-fill vending service (we supply, stock, clean and maintain)
- Self-fill machine supply with technical support
- Fresh-bean and consumables wholesale supply
- Machine relocation, including stair-climbing services
- Technical maintenance contracts on equipment supplied by others
Detailed service descriptions, pricing and SLA terms are set out in the individual service agreement we issue to each customer.
5. Pricing and payment
- All prices quoted are in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
- Standard payment terms are 30 days net from the date of invoice unless agreed otherwise in writing
- Late payment attracts statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate plus reasonable recovery costs, per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
- We reserve the right to suspend ongoing service for accounts more than 60 days overdue
6. Cancellation and termination
Service contracts typically run for an initial fixed term as agreed in writing (commonly 12, 24 or 36 months). Specific cancellation terms — notice period, machine return arrangements, and any pro-rated charges — are detailed in the service agreement for your installation.
You have a statutory right to cancel a contract entered into at distance within 14 days of acceptance, except where service delivery has already begun at your written request. This applies to consumer customers only; business-to-business engagements are governed by the agreed contract.
7. Our liability
We carry public liability insurance and professional indemnity cover appropriate to our trade. Our total liability for any single claim arising from a service contract is capped at the value of fees paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (death, personal injury, fraud).
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity arising from machine downtime, supply interruption, or any cause outside our reasonable control (force majeure).
8. Intellectual property
The website, including text, photography, logos and design, is the intellectual property of LC Vending Solutions Ltd or our licensors. You may view, share and print individual pages for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing or commercial reuse requires written permission.
9. Privacy and data protection
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
10. Governing law
These terms and any service agreement we enter into with you are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes that affect existing customers will be communicated directly.
