We are a care home. Can you supply machines that run 24 hours?
Yes. For residential and care settings we normally fit hot drinks and water units rated for continuous use, with a service agreement rather than call-out only, so a fault gets fixed on a schedule instead of whenever someone gets round to reporting it.
Clacton is a long way out. Do you actually come here?
We do, on a planned route rather than ad hoc. Being honest about it: this is the far edge of our patch, so we agree a realistic restock schedule and service response with you at the start rather than over-promising.
Do you service machines you did not supply?
Yes. Our maintenance-only option covers machines from any supplier, on either a one-off call-out or an ongoing service contract.
Is there a minimum number of staff?
No. We have machines to suit everything from a small office of ten to a factory of several hundred, and we will recommend the right size for your headcount and footfall — including telling you when a machine is not worth it.
What does it cost?
