It is our longest regular run, and we are straight about that: we schedule Colchester on a planned route rather than promising an hour-by-hour response. In practice that means restocks land reliably and call-outs are typically next working day rather than same day.
Can you handle several machines across one large site?
Yes. Multi-machine sites are common on the business parks — a coffee machine in reception, a combination snack and drinks unit in the break room, and water dispensers through the building, all on one agreement and one restock visit.
Do you service machines you did not supply?
Yes. Our maintenance-only option covers machines from any supplier, on either a one-off call-out or an ongoing service contract.
Is there a minimum number of staff?
No. We have machines to suit everything from a small office of ten to a factory of several hundred, and we will recommend the right size for your headcount and footfall — including telling you when a machine is not worth it.
What does it cost?
