Our break times mean two hundred people hit the machine at once. Can you cope with that?
That is exactly the case we size for. On distribution sites we fit higher-capacity units, often more than one, and set the restock frequency against peak break load rather than total headcount. Getting this wrong is the single most common complaint we hear about previous suppliers.
Can machines be stocked for a night shift?
Yes. We plan restocks so the machine is full going into the night shift, not at the end of it, and can weight the product mix towards hot drinks and more substantial items for overnight staff.
Do you service machines you did not supply?
Yes. Our maintenance-only option covers machines from any supplier, on either a one-off call-out or an ongoing service contract.
Is there a minimum number of staff?
No. We have machines to suit everything from a small office of ten to a factory of several hundred, and we will recommend the right size for your headcount and footfall — including telling you when a machine is not worth it.
What does it cost?
