Can you cover shift patterns on the Harlow estates?
Yes. A lot of Templefields and Pinnacles sites run early, late or continental shifts, so we size the machines for the whole day rather than just the nine-to-five peak and set the restock route to suit. If a machine matters to a night shift, we would rather fit a larger one than have it empty at 3am.
How far is your team from Harlow?
We are based in Basildon and our vans are out across Essex daily, so Harlow is a routine run rather than a special trip. That is the difference between a same-day call-out and a ticket in a national queue.
Do you service machines you did not supply?
